Day 1
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an en-route lunch in Mbarara town. Arrive in time for an afternoon boat trip along the Kazinga Channel, home to the highest concentration of Hippos in Africa. Dinner and overnight at your selected lodge.
Day 2
After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park in search of African Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes, Antelopes, and Elephants. Then, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. In the afternoon, relax or take a nature walk to the Munyaga Waterfall, with an opportunity to see primates. Overnight at your selected lodge.
Day 3
After breakfast, assemble at the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on your gorilla trekking adventure. The trek may take 2-8 hours depending on gorilla movement. After encountering the gorillas, return to the lodge for lunch. In the evening, enjoy a cultural walk to visit the Batwa people (Pygmies). Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 4
After breakfast, begin your drive back to Kampala with a picnic lunch en-route. Stop at the Equator for photos before continuing your journey.

Have breakfast at the hotel and drive to western Uganda with an en-route lunch in Mbarara town. Arrive in time for an afternoon boat trip along the Kazinga Channel. This is the highest concentration of Hippos in Africa, with huge crocodiles and 611 bird species. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.
Day 2
After breakfast, you will have a game drive in search of African Lions, Leopards, Herds of Buffaloes, Antelopes, and Elephants as you depart Queen Elizabeth for Bwindi, home of gorillas. You may relax in the afternoon or take a nature walk to the Munyaga Waterfall and a chance to see primates such as the Grey Cheeked Mangabey, Blue Monkeys, and other species. Dinner and overnight at Lodge.
Day 3
Wake up for a heavy breakfast and assemble at park headquarters for a 30-minute briefing. Gorilla trekking takes 2-8 hours depending on their movements. The hike goes through steep and slippery jungle grounds before encountering gorillas camouflaged in dense vegetation. However, the thrill you get is worth the effort put in searching for them. Sight and stay with the gorillas is 1 hour, then descend to the lodge for lunch. Time permitting, enjoy an evening cultural walk to the Batwa people (Pygmies). Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 4
Have breakfast and start a picnic drive back to Kampala with an en-route stop at the Equator for photographs.
